Depression and Anxiety- these two things are the most popular answers for "what brings you to therapy?" But ANY time we dive deeper into that depression and anxiety, there is always something more- a root cause- for that depression and anxiety. If you have either of these, it can be overwhelming to just breathe and it feels almost impossible to figure out what is actually wrong. Maybe you already KNOW what's wrong but just don't know what to do about it. I am a therapist who is both focused on solutions as well as emotions. I don't want us to just talk about how you feel. I lead us through how to change your situation for the better so you can FEEL better and do better in the long run of life.
