Toxic Relationship Recovery

In Toxic Relationship Recovery Counseling we will empower you through opening your eyes to what subconsciously drew you to a toxic relationship and then provide you with the relationship skills you need to go forward and manifest the love you deserve. We will start by diving deep into your relationship history. Relationship history includes analyzing how your family of origin shaped your view of yourself and how you relate to the world around you. I provide education on family systems, healthy versus unhealthy attachment styles, and how these things connect to how you are behaving in your relationships today. Next, I will coach you through gaslighting, what it is, and why toxic people are the way they are. It is critical for you to understand how you ended up in a toxic romantic relationship and what that relationship did to your brain chemistry in order for you to recover. Recovery comes from the empowerment of understanding why these things happened to you, so that you can protect yourself from them ever happening again.
